No offence, but you’re not getting this. The code is what the rss feed really looks like (as I said above). You aren’t supposed to look at in a browser, you’re supposed to look at it in a feedreader...

If you click on that link – it shows code, of course. It does the same in FF and IE. What else do you expect?

To check your blog in IE you can use an online browser tester/checker. Hack about on Google. There are loads out there.

That’s normal – that’s what a RSS feed looks like. Users are supposed to view it through a feed reader, like Google Reader, SharpReader, Thunderbird, etc. The feed reader formats the output for humans...
